One of the skills I have learnt from premiere pro is channel blur.This helped the video have a better more improve effect of a VHS camera.

Adding the noise makes it look a lot more grainy and gives it an older effect like a VHS camera
These are the videos which i have used to help find out how to give a VHS camera effect to my video. I used both videos to figure out how to do the effect.

Here is a screenshot of doing all the different effects added to the video to make it look like a VHS camera. This i learn from the two video tutorials above.
Mirror
I found out how to do this effect online on a tutorial. You search mirror on effects and you can either add it to an adjustment layer or to the actual clip you want.Then clicking on effects control you can adjust where you want the mirror to be.
Here is a screen shot on how i learnt how to reverse the video. This is done by right clicking on on the video and clicking on speed and duration and clicking reverse.
Reverse
Duplicating
I found out how to duplicate by watching a tutorial on YouTube. To do this you click on the video hold command and drag it across duplicating the video.
Changing Text
To change the text you first have to have text on a video by clicking on the t then you hi- light the text click on effects control and there you can change the text.
Camera poster
Here I have made a poster using Photoshop explaining the basics of how to use a photography camera and a filming camera.
